The cost of each project is determined by the page count and the quantity of books ordered, as well as the anticipated overall breadth and scope of the project.
The base project price includes the following: video-chat interviewing; transcription of interviews; some online genealogical research (if possible); photo and document scanning, sizing and placement; preparation of electronic chapter proofs; copy editing and final editing as required; professionally designed outside cover; hard-copy press proof (sample book); management of the publishing process; and, professionally printed 6″ x 9″ books.
Memorial program (celebration of life) booklets, ethical wills, and memoirs – pricing gladly provided upon request.
A deposit of one-third of the project cost is due upon starting work, with the balance due upon final electronic proof submission (prior to creation of press proof).
